At Borhn, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products. We set ourselves to work with all parties to do what’s necessary to make sure your products are in working order.
Single Family Homeowners: Lifetime warranty for replacement parts, finish defects, or missing components.
Multiunit Projects: 10 year warranty for replacement parts, finish defects, or missing components, and we’ll cover any labor costs for the first 12 months. Spare parts kit will be included with the original shipment.
What’s Covered?
1. Replacement of cartridges, service stops, and aerators.
2. Products that have defects in their finish.
3. Components that are faulty or missing.
How to Get Support
If there’s any issue with the finish or function of your Borhn product:
1. Send an email with a detailed description to customerservice@borhn.com. Please include a picture and proof of purchase to help us identify the solution needed.
