Refund and Returns Policy

At Borhn, we understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit for you. That’s why we offer a hassle-free return policy that emphasizes free and easy returns. Here are the details of our return policy:

  • Products must be purchased within the last 90 days and have not been installed. If the product has been installed, we cannot accept the return.
  • To start a return, simply fill out our online return form. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return shipping label. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a credit to your original form of payment within 3 business days.

Please note that all returned products must be in their original packaging and in new condition. If a returned product shows signs of wear and tear or is missing any parts, we reserve the right to reject the return or charge a restocking fee.

For items damaged in transit, please contact us immediately through our contact form. We will resend a new product to you and start a claim for the damaged item. Please keep in mind that we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

At Borhn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Our goal is to make the return process as easy and stress-free as possible.
