At Borhn, we understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit for you. That’s why we offer a hassle-free return policy that emphasizes free and easy returns. Here are the details of our return policy:
- Products must be purchased within the last 90 days and have not been installed. If the product has been installed, we cannot accept the return.
- To start a return, simply fill out our online return form. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return shipping label. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a credit to your original form of payment within 3 business days.
Please note that all returned products must be in their original packaging and in new condition. If a returned product shows signs of wear and tear or is missing any parts, we reserve the right to reject the return or charge a restocking fee.
For items damaged in transit, please contact us immediately through our contact form. We will resend a new product to you and start a claim for the damaged item. Please keep in mind that we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
