What happens if my product develops a fault?
If your faucet, shower or other Borhn product develops a leak or a fault, you should contact our customer service department in the first instance. We may ask you to provide a description or photos of the problem before recommending a solution. This may involve supplying replacement parts, such as rubber seals, or complete replacement of the product with an identical item or a suitable alternative. All costs including shipping will be covered by Borhn.
